Update to twentyten 1.1 failed

When I attempted the auto-update of the twentyten theme within the WP admin, it failed… just sat and spun for better than 15 minutes. A couple questions:

1. How can I determine the cause of the failure so that I can attempt to resolve it?

2. Is there somewhere I can obtain a copy of the updated twentyten theme to manually deploy it in the meantime?
