  • Hi @lesi2000

I appreciate you reaching out to us šŸ™‚

We have thoroughly read your message as well as checked your website.

The translations seem to work correctly for all the dynamic content rendered by WooLentor widgets.

Here is a screenshot for your convenience: https://ibb.co/bsHqLxw

If you want to translate the whole template, including the static content (https://ibb.co/G7jQM7B), we recommend creating another version of the same template for the language you prefer. You can do this using the WPML plugin.

Hopefully, it will solve the issue. However, if you encounter any trouble while doing so, there is nothing to be concerned about. We encourage you to contact us via our support website šŸ‘‡

We’ll definitely assist you with this.

    Kind regards,
    Tarek

    Hi Terek!

Thank you for your answer and suuport!

Yes the static content is the one that i am truing to make multilingual. Usually on the other plugns i see (+) icon for other languages. (see pic second pic in the link below)
In your plugin i dont see any button or text how to navigate WPML that this template is for the bulgarian language, and the other template is for english langugage. When i edit the Single product page, the edits appear in both languages – on the bulgarian and on the english product page.
I tried also to edit the PO files but the strings in the elemntor elements do not apperar anywhere.

    Hi @lesi2000

    The pleasure was all mine.

I think it’s happening because the option to generate templates is not enabled/supported in WPML settings. Could you please add support for the templates? Afterward, you should be able to find a (+) button to create other versions of the same template.

    Hope it helps!

    Best regards,
    Tarek

    Thank yo

WPML recognised the strings, and i tranlsated them all.
I have the buttons (+) but unfortunatellt the static content on my pge doesnt change at all (i have a few elementor blocks under the product description).

    I have the following errors:

Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function woolentorBlocks_get_option() in [Path]
     /class.template_cpt.php:124 Stack trace: #0

    [Path] /template.php(1401): Woolentor_Template_CPT->container_width_field(Object(WP_Post), Array) #1

    [Path] /edit-form-advanced.php(681): do_meta_boxes(Object(WP_Screen), 'side', Object(WP_Post)) #2

    [Path] /post.php(206): require('[Specific Path] ...') #3 {main} thrown in [Path] /class.template_cpt.php on line 124

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @lesi2000

We sincerely apologize for not getting back to you earlier šŸ™

    The thing is:

Our team has investigated the plugin multiple times, but we did not find the issue you mentioned above.

Would you be so kind as to elaborate on when exactly you are facing the issue? 😊

I think it would help us understand the issue better.

Looking forward to your kind response.

    Sincerely,
    Tarek

    Hi Terek

    Of course i will eleborate.

As far as i know you have a credentials to get into the site dashboard. there you can see that ive tranlsted all strings to bulgarian (BG is my second language, EN is my first).
When i open the EN page, its all good. But when i switch the language to BG, the static content stays in EN (eventhough i translated it). Further more the entire product page stays with boxed design, and when i edit it with elementor it is wide. So there is another problem. (I didnt mentioned it before, because i wanted to make a separate ticket for this, but i guess the two issues may be connected somehow)

Thanks for your support and i am waiting for your reply.

    Hi Terek

New update! it looks like i needed to manually tranlate the entire template number so the tranlsations can appear. everything is alright now with the multilingial versions.

However, the problem with the boxed content appears again. Please check it out. If you need other info, i am here.

    Hi @lesi2000

    Sorry for the delayed response.

We are excited to inform you that in the most recent update of WooLentor, we have made our plugin fully compatible with WPML.

    About the boxed content:
