FB Product Sets Problem
-
I have a problem with product sets.
I created some product sets, but they weren’t created in facebook.

Hi @giardineria
I understand that you created some product sets but those aren’t showing in Facebook.
I hope the sets were correctly created by following the steps explained here: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#how-to-create-a-collection-product-set
As the sets were created from within the site but those didn’t appear in Facebook, you would want to check if the connection is proper. Can you please confirm if Facebook is still connected to WooCommerce? You can view your connected assets from the Marketing > Facebook > Connection tab.
Secondly, are you having Manage catalog or Create ads permission? These permissions are needed to create and edit sets. You can read more on this here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/620275848114281?id=725943027795860
Hi,
I created correctly the product set in woocommerce, woocoommerce is connected to facebook and i have permission.
The first sets I created months ago are there while the last ones are not.Hello,
I am assuming there is a catalog already created, correct? Be sure to select the correct catalog, you can learn more on our documentation below:
https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#how-to-manage-your-woocommerce-catalogThen you can check if the products are not “out of stock” or are not “virtual products”.
Out of stock products are not synced to Facebook:
[Link to Documentation]You can navigate to WP Dashboard > Products > All products, and filter by stock to check if there are products Out of Stock. Then check how many items are missing from your Facebook Catalog.
Virtual products are not allowed as part of Facebook’s e-commerce policy, and therefore will not be shown on your Facebook shop. They will not be synced.
[Link to Documentation]Also, please check your global sync setting and product level sync setting, to see if they are correct.
If all of these settings look correct, you can run a conflict test, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, switch temporarily your theme to Storefront, and check again the product set, more info is below:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
I solved the problem by uninstalling your awful plugin
Sorry to hear about that. I’m updating the reply since I think I’ve posted it in the wrong thread 🙂.
If you believe you can give another chance to Facebook for WooCommerce we’d be happy to assist further. In that case, you might want to share your System Status so we could take a closer look at your setup and try to figure out what can be done to solve the issue.
Cheers.
