Can you please create a support ticket with us from this page?: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ (You will need WordPress.com account to sign in to WooCommerce.com)
Could you then make sure to include system status report in your ticket? — You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Can you also include screenshot to the error and where you are seeing it?
Then make sure to link to this forum as well. — Since we would like to move forward with email support, I am going to mark this thread as resolved.
In the meantime, one thing you can check is to make sure that you are connected to Jetpack on the site. 🙂 (Jetpack > Settings > Scroll down to make sure you are signed in.)
