    Hi,

    When I don’t activate the shop page in woocommerce, I can make part of the sidebar work.
    When I activate the shop page in Woocommerce -> Settings -> Products -> store, I get the message “The preview cannot be loaded” on the frontend.

    How can I resolve this?

    Use Online Course -> Kadence Theme

    It is installed on Localhost for development, but if you need it, I recommend the production site.

    Thank you for checking in here on the WooCommerce forum.

    Have you had a chance to reach out to the support team at Kadence Theme? They would be more resourceful as to why the issue may be happening on the site.

    The possibility is that other WooCommerce-related plugins may be influencing and conflicting on the site. For instance, do you have any plugins that can add some features on the sidebar? (I.e. Product filter, category, etc)

    The best way to check this would be to carry out conflict testing by deactivating all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue still persists to happen.

    I hope this gives you some direction to troubleshoot further!

    OK,
    that’s what I started to do, disable one by one of the plugins.
    Kadence’s people say the problem is with the toilet.

    The most interesting thing is that I’m trying to create a two-column layout with Elementor, I have an error.

    I tried to create the left column with Gutemberg and also through Frontend -> Customize. All give the same conflict error.

    Anyway, thanks a lot for the help.

    We reiterate that a thorough conflict test will really help isolate the cause of the problem. Please take some time and complete the test, and that will help identify the issue. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.

    If you’d prefer not to make any changes on your live site then you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.
