Links from google don’t work

The plug-in works great on our home page but some people can’t send their application. When potential applicants find us on google and click on our job, they can’t send their application.
The link from google looks like this:
https://*****.com/job/<jobname>/?utm_campaign=google_jobs_apply&utm_source=google_jobs_apply&utm_medium=organicWhen I copy the link and past it in a new browser window, I see the loading symbol rotating forever and can’t apply. However, I see the failed applications in the wordpress admin site.
