I made changes in css file and nothing update.

Did you change the version? That will make it easier to track this. Bump the version to 2.0, then upload it. Let’s see if it changes on the site. Keep an eye on http://www.michalpieczynski.pl/blog/wp-content/themes/michalblog/style.css
In notepad++ and uploaded by ftp. You mean version of wordpress?
No, you say you’re changing the THEME, so update the version on the THEME.
The file is updated as i see but still same page.
Then you’re not updating it correctly.
Please post a screenshot of what it looks like in your FTP client.
Also, try deleting style.css on the server, then upload a fresh copy. Make sure you’re doing this in the right directory.
