plugin conflict with our site

Hello,
we have had to disable this plugin as it was causing issues with our site. 1st, the button was not appearing on the product page or cart or checkout. It created a white space at the top of the product page. 2nd it also causes our menu and search icons to stop working on mobile devices. After deactivating some of our plugins, one at time, I discovered that everything was fine when I deactivated the plugin. However, now there is no choice to pay with Paypal at checkout. And we did want the buttons displayed on our product page.

Looks like you are using the SiteGround Optimizer plugin.
Since the last PayPal Payments update, this problem can be caused when using Frontend Optimization (JavaScript) features from said plugin.
I suggest trying to disable the Frontend Optimization features:
