Hi @sebastainvdn, sorry for the delay.
This doc should help you with translation. If you cannot find the strings on the Astra theme, then most probably the strings are coming from the WooCommerce plugin.
The other easy way is by using a plugin like Loco Translate. However, you will still need to find out where the strings are coming from, whether Astra theme or WooCommerce plugin.
