Hi,
I’m assuming you have the latest 3.10.11 version activated.
It could be a browser extension like Ad Blocker or uBlock Origin (or similar) causing the issue. If you have any activated, try disabling them and see if that helps.
If that doesn’t help, try to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty) and (also temporarily) deactivate other plugins, and see if the error persists.

Thank you for your response.
I have tried turning on diagnostic mode, changing theme and leaving only your plugin active, but unfortunately it still doesn’t work.
Plus I don’t use any blocking tools. What is that supposed to mean? That if any of my visitors use a blocking tool the affiliate page will not open for them?
Thank you.
Hi,
We’ve seen some recent changes in these add-ons where they’re getting more aggressive in their blocking.
They now appear to block any script with the word “affiliate” or “aff” in it.
Because our plugin folder is called “thirstyaffilites” these blockers are preventing our scripts from running because it matches “aff” or “affiliate”.
There isn’t really a way to get around the ad blocker if people have it, unfortunately.
The only thing we can really suggest is using Pretty Links instead (I understand that it is not your chosen option, though).
Regarding the redirections not being made, please submit a support ticket on the ThirstyAffiliates site so that we can look into this issue for you further.
Thanks.
