Help adding / editing footer Miami theme

Hi there,
i’d like some help with adding and editing the footer in our site.
Currently we’re using ‘Miami’ theme and i am unable to find the
footer options anywhere. Maybe using this old theme is cause of the problem.
In ‘Customize’ i can enable the footer menu (that shows the standard menu, gallery, about us, etc.) but i am unable to find where to edit this.I would like to add a ‘Privacy policy’ link in the black bar on the far left of the social icons.
If someone can give me some directions i would appreciate it.

You’re using a commercial/premium theme, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
WARNING: That site may be compromised; there are porn links. It looks like the site has been abandoned, so I’d look for a new theme from a legitimate source.
