I have solved my problem. Apparently the transition mode makes the loading of the background and the columns where the transition is located buggy.
I have another problem, I can’t put a favicon. Will this problem be fixed?`

Regarding favicon, make sure you put the right size and resolution for the icon.
And also check if your image’s format is supported in your site.

The setup is not inside the full site editor.
You can access it by going to your WordPress’s dashboard, then go to Appearance->Customize, and then go to Site Identity.

When I follow your instructions, the customize button sends me directly to the site editor. At each step, the theme sends me back to the editor.

It is by default supported by the zeever theme, perhaps there is functionality that hide the customize option.
Could you check and deactivate plugin one by one and see if one of them hide the customize button?

In the meantime, you can go to customize area by manually typing the url.
Example : https://example.com/wp-admin/customize.php
Replace example.com with your site address.

I tried to configure my website logo in the customization window but I still have a problem. After uploading the image, and selecting the image in the right format, the select button acts in the void. I can confirm with the select button, but it’s as if I pressed an empty button.
I tried with a larger image with the crop of wordpress, it shows me an error message that an error has appeared.
