    Hello there.

    I have been using Royal Elementor Addons for a lot of time and for different webpages for over a year. In this case, I’m using the plugin to take advantage of some features such as headers, footers, and the forms.

    However, I’m still fighting to open Elementor in my homepage, for some reason, it scrolls up and then freezes, if I deactivate the plugin, I can work on my home page, only in my home and only in this website: https://imagoexperience.com/. Other pages and elements can be edited with no problem.

    Any idea why does this happen? It is exclusive to one of my computers, I have a Macbook air 2015. I have tested the site in a Dell i5 8gb Ram, but this doesn’t happen (this is borrowed).

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Edit: I also increased memory limit to 500M and execution time to 300 and it still doesn’t work. I got this error message: RESULT_CODE_HUNG

    Edit2: I increased the values in PHP ini as the ones told my plugin admins but this still bringing the same error. The only thing that changes is the error message: Error Code: 5

    Edit3: I found out why does this happen. Entering Settings in Royal and deactivating Testimonials makes everything to work with no problem. I got no idea why does this happen.

    There must be some javascript error while trying to edit, please can you check it in developer tools console and send us a screenshot ?

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – royalelementoraddons@gmail.com as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
