No rollover effect in sidebar links :(

Hi – Please help. I’ve set the link rollover behaviour in my style.css page, and all the homepage links behave perfectly (underlining and turning white on rollover), but the sidebar links remain static on rollover. No underlining, and no turning white. How can I fix this? – ie give the sidebar links the same rollover properties as the homepage?
