Hi Steven,
Thanks for the reply!
Unfortunately that’s not what I meant. I need to publish an event with a future date today.
ex. Today 3/8/2022 I would like to publish the post of a mathematics course that will take place in 8/8/2022 (in the preview as the date, I would like to see, if possible > 8/8/2022, instead I currently see today’s date, because published today).
I hope you understand what I mean.
Kindly Regards,
Linda
I’m not aware of a way to publish a post today with a date other than the date it is published if you’re using standard posts.
I see 2 possibilities for this:
a) Ignore the date in the post settings and just enter the date by hand in the text. It has only an informative function and no technical function.
b) Since it is about events, I would recommend an event plugin as an alternative. Here you can find a selection: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/tags/events/

Hi everyone,
@sterndata
Thank you anyway!
@threadi
Thank you! unfortunately we had already thought of these two solutions, but they do not coincide with the customer’s request. In particular, we struggle to use a plugin because the courses are loaded with widgets. However, I look at the link you recommended.
Kindly Regards
