    Hi team,

Hope you can help with this issue as I am currently feeling a bit lost on it.

I am using elementskit just for one feature, the mobile nav menu, as it offers a great dropdown function I couldn’t find in other plugins.

However, since using elementskit my site now has a ton of unused CSS. I have tried to reduce it by disabling most widgets and now have the bare minimum active, but the CSS file is still 445kb of which 440kb is unused (based on google chrome developer tools)

(just for info, I am currently using a cache plugin to combine CSS files so if you look now using the inspect tool you will not see it coming from elementskit but from a combined file, but whenever I turn off the caching plugin I can see the mentioned size is coming from elementskit)

Could you please advice on how to remove the majority of the unused CSS?

    Thank you

  • Hello @oscarhalling ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I can understand your concern. If the required Modules and Widgets are activated only, then the CSS and JS of those active functionalities are supposed to load in the Frontend. Can you please share any report that indicates the issue you are having clearly? So that I can check accordingly in my development environment and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
