Hi, make sure you clear any cache in your site if you run a cache plugin. Also make sure you clear your browser cache. Then carry out another test. Let me know how you go.

Can’t see Google Authenticator on the login page
Hi, it is safe to say that your issue might be related to a different plugin and not Google Authenticator. Try to disable all the plugins in the plugins folder via FTP or other means. This should allow you to log back in. Once you are logged in, you can do some troubleshooting test by enabling one by one your other plugins. This should tell you which plugin is the culprit.
