Is there maybe some other options (plugins) ?
I tried this one, maybe because its not a paid version, so there isnt many options. But other than that, i’m not sure how to use it. I go on product, and i change the price, for example, but there is only guest option, admin option and S. It’s a bit confusing, i dont want to make those users admins, so only two other options left are guest and S… I thought guest role is for everyone to see? And the “s” role, Im not sure what that is, and how to give some registered user that “s” role? Also i set up a staging site (clone version of vebsite) so i can try all the plugins there coz i dont want to mess something out on the live version of webiste, and now i am not sure how to register or log in as a diffrent user other than a wordpress administrator on my staging website. Is there maybe a way i can login as a different role on my staging website, or is there only admin login option?
You would need to ask in the support forum for that plugin to get answers from theauthro, or others that use it.
One thing to remember is that free never comes with any guarantees. It probably does work, but you just need to learn how to use it. Most new things are like that so take some time, read the page and docs and see what you cah make happen. As for the levels, there’s a good chance that it’s set for only one or two levels in the free version, and they might use that as a way to persude people to upgrade to their own paid version – but again you would need to check with the plugins authors to see if that’s the case.
Is there any other solution for this? Some othere way to set this up? Maybe some different plugin? Because this plugin is not working for me…
I posted two options, so there’s at least one other option for you right there.
Apart from that, you’ll have to do some searching of yoru own and see if you can find something that suits your own individual needs. If that doesn’t exist, then you’ll be looking at paying someone to custom-code a solution for you.
Yes but the 2nd option is the paid option of the 1st option. And if i cant set up the first option, I cant use the second option. I listened to everything you said. I wrote to the support to the author of the plugin, so im waiting for their response. Until than i was just wondering if someone else maybe tried some other plugin, to set up different prices for their registered members on their shop. Or if they maybe solved this in some other way. So don’t take this personally. I was just trying to see if someone else maybe had some experince with using some different plugin. That’s all. I would like to try out a couple of different options until i pick the final solution.
And yes, I am also trying to find some other option my self, but so far I havent managed to find the solution.
Sorry, my mistake, its not the paid option of the first plugin.
The second plugin is commercial, but is not related to the first one in any way so has nothing to do with the plugin that you’ve already tried. It most likely works completely differently.
The bigget reason for the commercial plugin for you at this stage is the suppot. It is documented, and if you need uspport you will get it. IT sounds like that’s your biggest issue at the moment, so it will depend on if you think that paying for the support is worth it or not.
