Lateset update made a mess

Same for the settings page for each contact form.
It became a one page with no tabs.
Worked perfect before the update.

A lot, but it doesn’t related cause the problem started right now on this website.
BTW, this issue exist on other website I own as well for a long time, you’ve already told me long ago to disable all other plugins in order to check but it didn’t help.
The issue still exist.

Ok, the issues are with my hosting server service.
Permission issues.
