    Hello
    Thanks a lot for this amazing plugin

    I have a woo commerce/WordPress online store after I created some custom gateway payments I notice that after checkout/placing an order with woo custom payments option no emails are being sent to the admins and also no emails to the customers.

    But when I choose woo-commerce default payment option like cash on delivery and bank transfer email is being received well

    can you please help

    After having extensively tested this, I can safely confirm emails are sent.

    Though there are a few steps you can take:
    1. Check your spam folder just in case your email message contains spam triggers.
    2. Clear the email message field (in gateway options) and then try to send an email (WooCommerce -> orders -> order -> resend admin email), if it’s sent, please let me know as it would be related to the message containing invalid characters and if not, would be something entirely different

    Took time before responding as I had to make sure emails where working as intended
