Have you ever tried deactivating all other plugins and changing the theme to standard? I see you didn’t, as WordFence settings were mentioned. But deactivating other plugins and using a standard theme is an elementary rule in solving WordPress issues.
Did you ever think that problem is definitely with your site, as the other 20,000 active users of the hCaptcha plugin are happy? Do you think you can recognize problems with your site better than developers who spent months developing the plugin code, which is 100% covered by tests?
Have you tried to reach us for help, as many people do here? No. Have you shared with us at least the web address of the page you have a problem with? No. You did not give us a chance to discuss your situation.
Blaming people without providing any facts is unfair.
You should hire a qualified developer to solve the problem with your website instead of making unfounded judgements.

Gaslighting me about it and insulting me because I gave a fair and honest review and am not going to waste any more time trying to get your plugin to work (right now) is just immature. We hope you resolve the issues with it—we really do. Google’s power over the internet needs to be disrupted—but it’s not our job to resolve the issues with this plugin. Sorry.
The issue mentioned is closed. Have you read the full thread? No. Please read the last message in it: https://github.com/hCaptcha/hcaptcha-wordpress-plugin/issues/41#issuecomment-873443052.
I see you try to invent any reason to blame the plugin without providing evidence.
