Coupon codes ignore quantity discounts

    Hi,

    I’m using WooCommerce with the extension Quantity Discounts & Pricing developed by Plugify.
    I’m using the plugin to give my customers discounts when they buy 10, 20 or more products. The problem is that the customers can still use a coupon code even when a quantity discount is activated. The coupon codes cannot be combined with other discounts, but apparently they don’t see the quantity discount as an actual discount.

    I have tried to reach out to Plugify several times, but a month has passed since my first support ticket, and I still haven’t heard from them.

    I hope someone here can help me out.

    I see you are using one of our premium plugins from the WooCommerce.com marketplace – Quantity Discounts & Pricing for WooCommerce.

    I’d suggest creating a ticket from your WooCommerce.com account dashboard: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ to get support.

    If you already created a ticket but did not receive any response, please select Core WooCommerce Plugin as the product and submit the ticket.
