Critical Error

Often times, my mother’s WordPress site gives an error message that says there is a “critical mistake”. My mother is unsure whether she ever received an e-mail about this and deleted it, or never actually received an e-mail with more information. I unfortunately don’t know where the error is, but clients of hers have a hard time accessing the website, which in turn could be bad for business.

How do I figure out the error? Or, how could I gain access to this e-mail that might have more information?
