Yes, the plugin is broken in for new users that have been added since 3.0 was installed. I have a fix. I should roll it out shortly. If you are interested in beta testing, let me know.

actually, i tried that before and 1) don’t get the ‘why ask?’ box & 2) the submit button is barely a dot in every browser
just pressing the dot of a button simply refreshes the page

I have updated the plugin to version 1.2. It is now compatible with WordPress 3.0.
