Critical Error in Dashboard (Error After Plugin Update)
-
EDIT: After realizing it was an Update problem, I now see the other threads on this same issue and there’s a fix coming out tomorrow. Sorry for the clutter! I’m seeing if I can delete this post now.
________
I began having a problem late today after updating the plugin and getting a bunch of new subscribers. Accessing my subscriber list causes my dashboard to immediately have a critical error. I contacted my host, Cloudways, and they said it was acting like some tables were missing, and that they “found and fixed” the problem—evidently, there was an issue with the prefix in some of the tables. Looking over the error report they sent, it appears that it’s located at various “…3JR_mailpoet_tags” tables. They then recommended I reinstall to complete the fix.1) Will reinstalling fix this?
2) Will removing and reinstalling remove all my information and settings? (yikes!)New to MailPoet this month, so I appreciate the help!
