Stripe Dashboard shows some WooCommerce Payments orders as incomplete

Hi,
We just opened our eCommerce, and we are using Stripe as a payment gateway using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin.
I’ve done some test orders, which worked well using my own Mastercard.
But I can also see multiple orders marked as incomplete.
They seem legit based on their order amount, and I’ve also spoken to people saying they have ordered on the website.No orders are added to “Orders” in WooCommerce (probably because they were never paid), but I can see in the Stripe Dashboard that people tried to order.
Anyone that has an idea where to start looking for the issue?

I am sorry to hear about this, to check better please provide us with the following:
Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, let us know.

Thanks for your reply.
I’ve identified the issue not being an issue with actual orders.The issue seems to be when browsing/clicking “Go to checkout” on the “Cart” page to the “Checkout” page. Somehow Stripe registers that as an attempt to buy, but since no card information is entered on that page, the order becomes “Incomplete”.
