The problem is not with the video, the problem is with the thumbnail
When I use custom image for thumbnail it uses very small resolution image for the thumbnail I want to use full resolution image.

It’s not a problem. Please follow the instructions and you can fix everything.
When you add an image. There is a “Size” on the bottom. Here WordPress offers you different image sizes. You can change it however you want. You can see it in the screenshot too.
