Quick View doesnt open anything

    Quick view doesn’t open anything, the wheel just keep spinning. The theme developer looked into the issue and he concluded that its something related to the plugin, the theme is not at fault for this issue. Thank you.

    Hi there,
    please enable debug mode on your site and the check error_log file to see if any issue is reported.
    Then try plugin with a WordPress default theme and let us know if the problem persists.

    It seems that the plugin is incompatible with Rank Math (noticed this by enabling and disabling all plugins one by one until I found the culprit). I saw that one of your other plugins (Ajax Filter) has a similar problem because it also adds some SEO, but I see no SEO options in this plugin.
    Any more input into this? Thank you kindly

    UPDATE: this is the setting that breaks your plugin:

    Remove base
    Remove prefix like /shop/*, /product/* from product URL chosen at
    WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Product permalinks Example: default: /product/accessories/action-figures/acme/ – becomes: /accessories/action-figures/acme/

    Hi there,
    can you get in touch with plugin developers? It seems that there’s something on that tool that is breaking the ajax call performed by the plugin.
