    Hello

    I can’t connect to the page. I get this error ‘Could not retrieve installation IDs’.

    I trying some solutions but the problem persists:

    1- I changed the site title to an English name. but I can’t change wc_facebook_external_business_id in options.php because the data don’t save

    2- I used your plugin to reset the plugin settings, but the issue persists.

    Regarding that error message that you are seeing, are you by any chance seeing any other error with a stack trace that you can share with us?

    If you aren’t able to find anything, please try going to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > and then check if there are any Fatal Errors or errors from Facebook for WooCommerce: https://d.pr/i/KaUCmP

    Could you download this plugin tool here: https://d.pr/f/ek5BQl

    This will add “Reset” option: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Reset Facebok for WooCommerce settings click “Reset” https://d.pr/i/19UJUR

    After that, please retry the connection workflow and see if you could complete the connection.

    Hi @hashimsamy,

    I suspect a security or firewall plugin installed that may be blocking the connection. Can you retry after disabling all plugins except WooCommerce core and Facebook for WooCommerce?

    MalCare WordPress Security Plugin - Malware Scanner, Cleaner, Security Firewall: by MalCare Security – 4.78

    Then please try to connect Facebook for WooCommerce one more time?

    You may be experiencing the same issue as this user.

    1- I changed the site title to an English name. but I can’t change wc_facebook_external_business_id in options.php because the data don’t save
