Hi,
same error here… the error occurs when you add several quantities of a product whose price has a decimal place… such as 13.5 (instead of 13.50)… if you add 2 units, the total price is 27.00 (2 decimals are added). I think that the plugin understands that there is an inconsistency and gives error.
I hope it will soon be resolved.
Hi @kathleen36,
Thank you for reaching out to us
Can you please let us know if you are using any third-party plugin on your site to add any extra fee items? If yes, then please mention which plugin you are using and share the PayPal log file so that we can check it.
Hi,
thank you for your reply and your amazing plugin!
In the setting of your plugin, I changed from smart button to express checkout. Since then there is no longer an error notification on my website.
Additionally, I do not use any plugins related with extra fees.
Hi @webtoffee,
I still have the error in the orders, could you please try to solve it or give me some advice? Using express checkout is not a solution for me.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @fluxka & @kathleen36,
We have developed a code snippet to overcome the line item total mismatch error between the plugin and WooCommerce. Kindly use the code snippet from here and let us know how it goes.
PS: We have added this fix to the development backlog and will be implemented in the upcoming release.
Hi @webtoffee,
thanks a lot for the code snippet. It seems to be working for me.
