Looking for Plugin (Sell/Buy/Trade section)

Hi all

Iam looking for a wordpress plugin that contains a market function

Where users can:
– add/Edit Sale Ads.
– Search trough existing ads
– Leave a comment on ads (Not a must)

Where admin can:
– Approve ads created by users (Not a must)
– Create and manage Ads
– Create Categories, users can create ads under.

Hope you can help me 🙂 if there is such a plugin
