Some pop-ups not working

On this page, the “Download – Five Keys Gold Paper” button does not bring up the pop-up – throws an href= error. The others that are configured the same do. Can you help?

May we ask you to clear your browser cache or try it with incognito mode as we assume that the issue is with your browser cache?

That is correct – that one works. The NEXT ONE DOWN, “Download – Five Keys Gold Paper,” DOES NOT!

I tried it in incognito mode in two browsers and neither work.

It’s ID that is in question: https://href=/#sg-popup-id-10416

Again, the other two on the page work correctly as you found.

Here are the two links (sorry i didn’t understand completely when I did the first one)

I also included a screenshot of the top section of the Popup Builder interface where I am placing the shortcode. One displays a preview, while the other does not.

We checked the screenshots and noticed that you do not have any selection in Display Rules. See the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/6TmuWwVYtI3V
We would kindly ask you to select “Everywhere” and save changes.
Afterwards, please purge your website cache and check if it worked.
