Mysql Error – Cannot Modify Header

    I am getting an error on the mysql server side since updating the server. This error no longer allows for new data to be entered on the database.

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/packag7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/calculated-fields-form/cp_calculatedfieldsf_insert_in_database.php:180) in /home/packag7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/calculated-fields-form/cp_calculatedfieldsf_platinum.php on line 474

    Please let know if something can do to repair.
