    `Saving not possible.
    The customer cannot save the newsletter and receives the message “This email could not be loaded. Please delete the browser cache and reload the page. If the problem persists, duplicate the email and try again”.

    We have cleared the browser cache and tried other browsers without success.
    When editing the content, this is also suddenly blocked.
    We cannot reproduce this problem that the customer has.
    Do you have any idea how we could proceed?

    this is wrot it the Post abouve.

    Check if your site has enough disk space on the server.
    Check if your admin user has proper write permissions.
    Check if you have any security plugins. Disable them and check if the issue persists.
    Check with your host if they have a firewall set up that would cause the error.

    Hi @pfex70,

    This looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

    If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

    Hello Thank you very much.

    I have Try this for houers form diffrent Computers and Network.

    I have made this waht you told me:

    I installed the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and deactivated plguins and changed the template.

    The Problem is stil ther:

    Pleas i have Use diffrent Browser etc., i have delete Cache and alll the Stoff you told me in the last E-Mails, i have no progress.

    Thank you for following my suggestions.

    Have you tried to duplicate this email and check if you can save it?

    If it doesn’t work, I suspect there’s something in the content of this email that is preventing it from being rendered and saved. It could be a corrupted file, invalid characters, or even your host blocking SQL injections, for example.

    You should contact your host and ask them if there’s any setting to block SQL injections that could be disabled so you can test if it solves the issue.

    I would like to thank you for the great support!
    Maybe this will help you one day.

    The problem was really crazy. I finally found a combination with which I could create the sensor myself. Laptrop via WLAN worked. Even laptop via mobile (iphone) was blocked.
    Finally, a script from the server firewall (Hsoting) was blocked.

    But I still can’t explain what the difference is between WLAN and mobile (my laptop).
