`Saving not possible.
The customer cannot save the newsletter and receives the message “This email could not be loaded. Please delete the browser cache and reload the page. If the problem persists, duplicate the email and try again”.We have cleared the browser cache and tried other browsers without success.
When editing the content, this is also suddenly blocked.
We cannot reproduce this problem that the customer has.
Do you have any idea how we could proceed?
