Hi @zorlac,
Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. This message appears when the plugin tries to update your feed, but receives a message from the Instagram API that the Smash Balloon app is no longer authorized on the account.
To resolve this error, please reconnect the account on any affected sites by following these steps:
Go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings, click the red trashcan icon on the account under Manage Sources, and then click Add Source and recreate the connection. After this, please go to Instagram Feed > All Feeds > (click the name or pencil icon to edit the feed) > Settings > Sources and ensure your account is selected here.
If this does not resolve the issue, or if you need any other assistance, please let us know.
Best regards,
Louis

I have looked in these accounts and it is showing as still there and authorized. That is why I don’t understand why it is happening on a handful of accounts. I did exactly what you said for a few that have had this message already. One has since come back and said the same thing a few days later again.
Hi @zorlac,
Thanks for the update and sorry to hear this is still occurring after you followed those steps. Could you send us a support request here, and include the System Info from the plugin? You can find that information here:
1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
Please also let us know in that request if you’ve made any other changes to the Instagram account setup, as it’s possible some other action is affecting this other than specifically deauthorizing the Smash Balloon app.
Best regards,
Louis
