If we understand you correctly, you want to create an on-click popup which will be displayed for 3 seconds and then redirected to your desired URL automatically. In case yes, then, unfortunately, we do not have an automatic redirecting option.
Please note that you can set an on-click popup to any button using CSS classes and shortcodes. See below the instructions–>

Yes you get me but not all if I create the popup I need a link to that popup for example if a user click on one button I put the popup link it will display what I put in for 3 second and redirect them to any url page I put it that what am saying how can I get link of the particular popup I make so user can click it and display what I put in it

To link a popup on any button on your website you need create onclick popup using CSS Classes or Short Codes.

Concerning the close button, unfortunately, we do not have such an option when clicking on the close button and getting redirected to another page. The only available option is action on popup content click, where you can set a redirect link once you click on popup content.

No I don’t want user to click on close and it will redirect them no I don’t want that only to display the contact and redirect them to another url without clicking on anything when the popup show

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redirect users to another page without clicking on anything.

Ok what of the button when there click on a button the popup will show I need a link for the popup I make so I can put it anyway
