    bonjour,
    l’aperçu de notre feed instagram n’apparait pas dans le footer de notre site web malgré la connexion au compte.
    Nous rattachons notre compte, la mosaïque apparait et ensuite le lendemain elle disparaît et un message d’erreur apparait.
    Et on réactive et ça recommence.

    Hi @comdeuxabeilles,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. After checking your site, it looks like your Instagram account is not connected to the feed you have created.

    Kindly navigate to your Instagram Feed settings > Settings tab > Sources > check your account is attached; otherwise, click the add source button to connect it.

    Check that you are using the correct shortcode to embed the feed; it should look like so [instagram-feed feed=”1″]. The feed number could differ depending on the number of feeds you have created.

    If the problem continues please send us a support request using the form on our website here, including the System Info. To obtain this information, go to:

    1- WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
    2- Scroll down to the System Info section.
    3- Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.

    We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information and the Access Token for your connection, which we do not suggest posting here.
