Form is not submitting

    Hi,

    I am using 3 forms on my website that are all attached with content form 7. All three are working fine but suddenly this form “https://careplanmanagement.com.au/apply-now-steps/” stops working I mean being unable to submit the form. When I submit the form, the loader comes, and the form doesn’t work. But at the same time, if I submit the other two forms, the form is submitted and the mail is successfully sent to the target email address.

    Can you please figure me out from this issue?

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    Thank you for your quick response. am using the custom theme. If any plugin has an issue then why another form is working fine.

    Now when I submit the form it go the white screen with error??
