Hello @an29!
Thanks for reaching out!
I have over 12 000 products on woocommerce. Due to inflation I have to update all the prices. I have tried soo many times with CSV. But it skips and don’t update because there are no matching SKU’s.
If you are using the built-in product CSV Importer, please make sure you have followed our guide on updating existing products.
On the other hand, if you are using the Product CSV Import Suite, please know that you are eligible for official support through our support queue here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
Let us know how it turns out!

Hey
Yes, I am using the built-in CSV importer. Could it be that I have over 10 000 products in the CSV? Looks like when i only try 3 it works fine. But when i try to use it for all the products, it skips like 9 000 products.

Hi @an29 ,

It is possible that the CSV import maximum size value could be causing this. Please navigate to the product import page in order to see what the current value is set to, as seen in the screenshot below:

Here is more detailed information on increasing the maximum size:
https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#how-to-increase-the-csv-import-maximum-size
This is a large number of products to upload so as a workaround, you can split the CSV into multiple parts to upload separately.
Additionally, please check that the formatting matches what’s expected in the link below:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Import-Schema#csv-columns-and-formatting
Hope this helps 🙂
