Hello I want to set up my RSS Feed and my blog is at http://www.socialheavy.net
I thought it would be http://socialheavy.net/feed/ but it isnt can someone help?

Looks like your feed address is http://socialheavy.net/?feed=rss2.

In Firefox I just clicked the RSS icon in the address bar and when FF tried to add your site to Google Reader it showed the RSS link.

That’s it.
