• When a guest leave a message and this is queue automatically for moderator, user are unable to edit the message.

First issue is that the edit comment button is not visible until the page has not been refresh. The edit button should be visible immediately.

Second issue is that after the page is refreshed and guest click on the settings icon for edit a message and press the edit link, an error message show that the message cannot be edited.

In the settings I have that messages can be edited for 15 minutes so.. is not possible that after posting the message is not possible to edit them.

I tested many time and the issue is always present.

Currently, writing comments isn’t possible on your website at all. Please watch this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/5w1qcxOdzZI

At first, please fix this issue and let us know. We’ll continue checking.

I’m unable to replicate the issue you are reporting and it’s your plugin, if doesn’t work is your plugin that has issues or maybe you have extensions on your browser that cause issues.

You are using a browser with extensions, maybe some extension active in your browser is not fully compatible with your extension.

Please see this video where I show you I’m unable to replicate what you showed in the video:

I tried in Edge and on Firefox to leave a comment and I’m unable to replicate what you showed in the video.

The issue comes neither from the wpDiscuz nor from the extension on my browser, but the translation tool you’re using. Please watch this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/T15Omo2P7l

Regarding the main issue you’ve mentioned, this is a plugin conflict. You should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker.

Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.

Don’t forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.

Oh, seems your plugin get conflict with different plugins…
Something create issue on delete comments and the translation plugin I use for my website cause issue on your comment plugin.

I will see how to resolve that.
    Thanks.
