Email not authorised issue

My mailpoet states ‘Sending all of your emails has been paused because your email address ********* hasn’t been authorized yet.
Yet I have authorised it over and over again, about 5 times actually in the last few weeks! It even shows as authorised in the ‘Authorized Sender Email Addresses’ list here – https://account.mailpoet.com/authorization
yet it still give me the unauthorised message in the WP site!
What is going on with this?
