stop thumbs from generating

    Hi, our client had a website built w/PRO, but I don’t have access to the license. I am using litespeed cache w/CDN, and your thumbs and css are conflicting w/our CDN and image optimization. In particular, the thumbs always change name, making it hard to cache. I can’t seem to find out how to NOT use Elementor thumbs and CSS cache. Is there a way to turn off? Any assistance would be great, as I can only find one thread on the un-optimized thumbs that other users are having issues with, but no way to turn either one off. I also don’t understand why/how some are images are redirected to thumbs while others are not.

    That’s not. That’s unfortunate but there is no scenario that permits an Elementor Pro user or someone representing an Elementor Pro client in these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
