Restoration fail, again

Hello, I have been having this issue for months now and really really need support!!
After updating Elementor today again I had some issues with my website and so tried to install a back up. Unfortunately it always shows an error message no matter how often I try. Yet Updraft also shows that the back up was not complete.
My page now looks completely botched after the elementor update.
I have no idea how to proceed and would be very grateful for any help. Please help!!
