Shipping cost not counted when using Smart Button

Hello,

First of all, thank you very much for your amazing plugin, so far best PayPal Express Checkout and Smart Button plugin.

Although, we encounter a problem. We use Smart Buttons and Express Checkout, and for some reason, the payments doesn’t have shipping cost. I tested that after using Smart button or Express Checkout, I’m redirected back to the store to set shipping address, although, it doesn’t work at all.

Is there any way to fix this?
