    Hello everyone.

I am having a time getting my site up and running. I managed to get WordPress installed on my domain in the correct place after reading Teach Yourself WordPress in 10 minutes. Everything is going fine. I am transferring my domain to a new domain. I followed the directions to the letter, backed up the old site and saved it on my hard drive. But when I tried to import the file to the new domain I get this message:

The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/mydomainname.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads.

So I added my own uploads folder and it still wouldn’t let me inmport the file. Further more, I tried downloading themes and using that Memory Bump and get the message above. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you.
