Shortcode not working

    Hi,

    I am using free version of Landing Pages by PluginOps. I am trying to insert a gravity form shortcode using the shortcode widget to use one of our existing form in landing page. However the form is not appearing on front end. Does the landing page builder not allow shortcodes from other plugins ? Or is there a different way I should try ?

    Hi,

    Please make sure the load wp_head and wp_footer options are enabled from right option panel. If this do not work then try using your shortcode in text editor widget.
