since today my registration form does not work anymore. Please help me asap.

Hi @1jd123

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

I checked this error log but I couldn’t find any bug or reported situations, could you let us know if you have any custom script for your Forminator form, for example, a mu-plugin?

If not, kindly try the following steps?

– Create a Staging website https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
– Run a Full plugin conflict test following this guide: https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

In case the plugin conflict test makes no difference, kindly export your form: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export and share using pastebin.com or Google drive.
