Please note that during our recent update we configured our symbols encoding, which had an impact on your popup. Upon checking we noticed that you used Greek letters/symbols.
We would kindly ask you to rename your popup image from Greek symbols to Latin symbols.
Afterward, please purge your website cache and check.
