Author names & centre alignment issue

Hello

There is issue when I use the posts element. If the author names are too long or there are multiple authors, the names go beyond the borders of the post. Is there anyway when the author name is very long that the rest of the name goes into the next line. Let me show you what I mean. I have uploaded what I mean here: https://ibb.co/R2xhb2q This is a neat of showing author name rather than staying on the same line and going beyond the border.

Secondly, I have enabled center alignment for author names and date but if you notice on my staging website https://wordpress-601622-2707470.cloudwaysapps.com/ you can see that the author names are centered but the date is not. Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/fDw8Hvn

You can see that the date is not center aligned like the name.
